Hi cloudron team,
i just did the cloudron 10.1.5 -> 10.1.6 update to pull in the updated nodejs.
Doing that i noticed that the update process did not restart one of the cloudron process running directly on the host (syslog.js)
That means that this process continues to use the old nodejs version until i.e. a reboot
That can be seen with either
- needrestart detecting and showing it (cloudron-syslog.service)
- or manually checking for processes with open files which have been deleted (i.e. lsof | grep -E 'DEL|deleted' | less)
