collectd failed to start after upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04

@atrilahiji Did you re-run the start.sh script as suggested by https://docs.cloudron.io/guides/upgrade-ubuntu-20/#post-upgrade ? That should fixup collectd

@girish Ok I'm dumb... I had quotation marks around the LD_PRELOAD variable I added in this file: /etc/default/collectd
Seems to work now. This can be closed, sorry!

@girish After upgrading Cloudron 6.2.8 from 18.04 to 20.04 on Hetzner, collectd status = (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE).
Have run start.sh (etc...as recommended by the docs) twice...but did not solve the issue.
Not clear (to me) from this post what the solution is (i.e. I don't have quotation marks around the LD_PRELOAD variable in the file:/etc/default/collectd).
