Open Collective: https://opencollective.com/logseqBlurb by founder:
Logseq is a local-first, non-linear, outliner notebook for organizing and sharing your personal knowledge base.
Use it to organize your todo list, to write your journals, or to record your unique life.
Logseq is hugely inspired by Roam Research, Org Mode, Tiddlywiki and Workflowy, hats off to all of them!Demo: https://logseq.com/
The backend code has not been released yet as the founder wants to ensure it meets security standards, so I'm posting to make the community aware of the app (and maybe someone will start working on Logseq so that the founder has the time to test the backend).

Looks good! iOS App just released, Mac Store App available from the same link on Desktop:

@marcusquinn some instructions on how to selfhost logseq; https://github.com/dustinlacewell/logseq-guide
I'd love for it to be included on cloudron. There's a huge community and this could be a stepping stone for cloudron to be more popular.

Evernote was acquired by BendingSpoons.
Everywhere i read: "I used Evernote many years and then switched over to Obsidian and now logseq."
Looks interesting.

@soup Any updates on teh backend codez?
In their FAQ https://docs.logseq.com/#/page/faq :
Are you going to open-source the server-side services behind Logseq Pro?
We have no plan for that. But we're considering providing a free self-host sync option for non-profit organizations or researchers in the future. The sync service for our own storage is under development.

It's one of the tools I'm really excited to test if it ever comes to Cloudron as I really look for an alternative to Obsidian.

I’ve used LogSeq extensively and setup Git-based sync and publishing https://notes.bmannconsulting.com
It doesn’t really HAVE a backend.
What you could do is use WebDAV on Surfer or Nextcloud, or SyncThing, and sync your LogSeq to any devices that need it.

Interesting ! Thanks for the inspiration @bmann
