haraka high cpu! usage

@maxphunin This is caused by an issue in Haraka which we are working on a fix for. I reported this upstream a while ago - https://github.com/haraka/Haraka/issues/3100
Fix is:
- SSH into server
rm /home/yellowtent/boxdata/mail/haraka-queue/*docker restart mail
