Auto-update 7.3.4 - all apps down

Allowed the auto-update to 7.3.4.
Instance shows
All apps down with Configuring (queued) (well maybe almost all, haven't found yet which is working.
Have rebooted the box
But that wasn't a solution

Plenty of free disk space
Plenty of free RAM (well, normally, but can't see now as RAM usage just circles trying to refresh)

And yes, it is a very long while

EDIT : but yes, apps are now steadily starting and showing as Running

EDIT 2 : All apps now started, with 34 showing as Update available.
Phew, that was a scary platform update
Working through individual app updates

All apps updated except Minio with the breaking fs issue which I will deal with separately

Yes, 7.3 is pretty massive since it updates docker. So, it has to bring down everything and bring it up again.
