API to get list of available Apps

Is there a public API to get the apps available? (see https://www.cloudron.io/store/index.html)

There is at https://api.cloudron.io/api/v1/apps however use this with care otherwise we have to further rate-limit the queries, also this is not a stable API as we change it as we see fit for Cloudron versions, and also we currently have no documentation for that.
