Hetzner StorageBox issues?

I know some here use Hetzner StorageBox.
I have been doing for several months without issue.
Now I am getting intermittent 'no route to host' and failed connections via SFTP app and SFTP in Terminal (Mac).
Not knowingly changed anything on my side and it does occasionally work.
Hetzner kindly changed the location of my storage box but it hasn't resolved anything.
Obviously for me to resolve but just wondered if anyone else seeing any issues. -

I think he mentioned something like that to me regarding cifs & sshfs. -

I'm not currently using cifs/sshfs for Cloudron.
But that might explain something.
I've re-configured my connections to the storage box and seems to be working now.
