Add notification for Certificate errors

I had changed my credentials for Cloudflare but also used the global API for a few domain which meant that certificates expired and some services were offline for a few hours (because of course I'm in the middle of nowhere without internet when that happens) and until i figured out whats going on.

Do you have email set up? It should send you a mail after 3 days of cert failure. There should also be entries in the event log.

@girish In what sense set up? I'm also using the server as a mail server, yes. There were no warnings whatsoever though
