    Hi Everyone --

I doubt this is specifically a Jellyfin issue, but I'll put it here anyway.

I got Jellyfin up and running a couple of days ago, and it was working great until yesterday when I installed the Open Subtitles plugin. After installing the plugin, I could no longer access Jellyfin. I uninstalled the plugin. Still no access. I rolled back to the backup from the previous day. Nothing. I restarted the server. Still nothing. This morning, I decided to uninstall Jellyfin and it wouldn't let me -- permission denied because my IP isn't on the whitelist. It was then that I noticed that my ISP changed my IP in the middle of this. They haven't changed it in years, so I never took steps to mitigate the risk of it happening. My bad. Lesson learned. Anyway, I fixed the DNS stuff, but now Jellyfin seems permanently stuck in an Error state telling me the new IP isn't whitelisted. I can't restore from backup, I can't uninstall it, nothing. Any idea how I can fix this? I'm prefer not to uninstall, but will do whatever it takes to move forward.

    Thanks!

You should be able to deal with this from within the app dashboard on your Cloudron. Take a look.

Usually the IP whitelist error comes from namecheap DNS not allowing API calls. Is your Cloudron Server IP whitelisted in namecheap ?

Thanks for the replies. It was exactly that -- needed to whitelist the new IP in the DNS settings on name.com. The holidays kept me from really thinking this through.
