    Hallo all.
    i have installed cloudron on digitalocean droplet and using mastodon. the issue that i encountered is that as usual that port 25 was closed. DO doesnt want to open port 25. i went for the option sparkpost. the problem that i incounter is that sparkpost says that thier is DMARC policy. this policy on DNS is conf by installation of Cloudron and for the usage of the Mastodon. i have read everypost about smtp here. but cant figure out the solution.
    help is appreciated.
    i have attached my dns settings and error from sparkpost.

        @masudomarzai The error on the screenshot says that it is not able to query the DNS (NXDOMAIN). Maybe you just have to wait for some time for the DNS to propagate ?

        The other issue that you posted in text is about DMARC policy. What's the issue here? Any screenshot? Maybe your SPF record needs to be adjusted to add sparkpost?

            cloudron is sending test mail. i recieve it in my mailbox.

            but on mastodon part. to send password reset. i dont recieve the mail.mastodonpasswdforgot.jpg

            is this also dns issue?

              @masudomarzai most likely, mastodon not sending mail is not a DNS issue. Do you see anything in mastodon logs?

                    @masudomarzai do you have any logs/diagnostics from sparkpost side? You can also see Cloudron mail server logs at Mail -> Logs . Do you see any activity there?

                                @masudomarzai are you using Mastodon with Cloudron user management ? If so, password reset won't be sent because password has to reset via Cloudron dashboard.
