Usually this happens when the link between onlyoffice and nextcloud is not working. Did you change the onlyoffice secret ? Does it work if you use the "connect to demo server" option ? That will help narrow down if it's the nextcloud app issue or onlyoffice connection.

The onlyoffice app seems to be up and running and also publicly reachable. Can you run the
cloudron-support --troubleshoottool via SSH on the server to verify the server and thus the apps can reach itself on the public route? This is required for nextcloud+office setups. -
