      I need help accessing domain2.com files because in trying to increase pHp Memory limit, I have a 500 Internal error on domain2.

      500 Internal Server Error
      The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

      Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

      More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

        That sounds like you can no longer access the my subdomain, since you domain.com is now pointing somewhere else. The following documentation pages could be helpful:

        • changing the dashboard domain: https://docs.cloudron.io/domains/#dashboard-domain
        • troubleshooting if the current dashboard domain no longer resolves: https://docs.cloudron.io/troubleshooting/#expired-domain

          @ghstandard Are you able to access the Cloudron Dashboard ? If so, the file manager should always be accessible at https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/#file-manager . This will be available even if the app is down.

            @ghstandard

            At the hosting provider where you have domain.com. If I understood correctly that you had connected to the Cloudron panel from this domain.com, not from this domain2.com then you need to enter the management panel with DNS and manually enter "my" as subdomain and IP address. Wait until DNS propagation and then you can enter the panel with confidence.
