Can't Restore Backup To Migrate Server

I've uploaded the backup config on the new server, but the Cloudro installation says "Failed to mount (inactive): Could not determine mount failure reason". I am using Hetzner Storage Box, how to restore using Backup Config? Thank you.

Can you see dmesg for hints? Are you able to mount it manually on the server?

I want to clarification, the problem is I've to re-add the private key and can't using the backup config.

Sounds to me like it was likely just a case of a missing private key:

@scooke in my case, you've to reupload the private key instead of using the backup config.
