Wordpress - Unable to restore from backup

We have automated backups set for a wordpress based app. When going to restore from previous backup it is stuck downloading at 65% and eventually fails. This is the same for all backups that we have attempted to restore.

The site is relatively small with only a few pages so should be quick to restore unless it is stuck on revision history.

Cloudron Platform Version: v8.3.2 (Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS)

@jamie.mckenzie Hi and welcome on this forum. It seems that log does not have any error...

So, I had similar problem on a low RAM VPS... could you try to increase RAM on VPS and also to allocate more RAM to Cloudron Wordpress App?

I am using the cloudron developer version of Wordpress

It doesn't get to restore the key files like wp-config.php - and these files are missing at the backup location (s3)

Does the automated backup not include files outside of the data folder?

I have tried clearing down the cached files in the backup storage down to the bare minimum yet it still fails. There is no memory issues as the server has plenty of available memory for restore.

Also is there a way to alter the back configuration so more than 10 files are downloaded concurrently

The Cloudron backup only includes the database and files in /app/data/

This is indeed strange.
For the WordPress Developer app the file wp-config.php is located in /app/data/public/wp-config.php, so it should be included in the backup.

That the server itself has enough memory is not the point.
The point made was that you might need to increase the apps memory limit.

I would strongly advise against tinkering with anything inside the backup.
In Cloudron 9 backup integrity checks are added which will fail if you delete files by hand.
