LDAP disable allowlist / allow all networks

It would be nice to be able to remove the allowlist restriction on the LDAP server if wanted. One possible use case is to be able to use LDAP with computers on a residential IP address for centralized login.

@andreasdueren A workaround is to set
0.0.0.0/1128.0.0.0/1in the allow list . This allows the full internet.But maybe a geo block is better - https://www.ipdeny.com/ipblocks/
