          Hello @nichu42
          I have already looked into it.
          One could publish tachyon as a community app.
          Snappymail and Tachyon are very similar the whole snappymail package repo could be reused for that.

                @LoudLemur https://forum.cloudron.io/post/127984

                GH says it can be a direct upgrade for existing SnappyMail installs.

                Not sure that applies for custom packages, but if the CL team decide to include a migration script, it would work.

                      Hey, BrutalBirdie, that is great and thank you very much! I think many here might like to know how it goes if you already have SnappyMail up and running on Cloudron and want to switch over to your Tachyon. Is easy to do? How is the new GUI for Tachyon by the way?

                            @BrutalBirdie Are you maintaining this (v. 3.2.5 is current with interesting new search features)?

                            @james A candidate for the community store?

                              I am lazy, so I did set up renovate for maintaining, but will see how good that will work out.

                                Tachyon seemingly has now added a proper calendar, CaldDAV and CardDAV support, and new icons: https://github.com/kimusan/Tachyon/releases/tag/v4.0.1
                                @james As there’s really not an abundance of good mail clients on the app store, maybe you guys could reconsider making this an officially supported app, even more so as it seems to be an in-place update?

                                      Yes we have decided to step in and build a webmailer for Cloudron for various reasons, haven't announced anything yet, but mostly because the other projects are over time ending up in various states and jumping from one fork to the next isn't great. But also an important step then is, that we can build better integration with the mailserver which we currently can't in those apps, so we mostly just try to fill in gaps for example around spam, filters and such.
