cannot send email with alias anymore

since the update on 10.x (.3 now) I cannot send emails with an Alias anymore (via Apple Mail).
The alias is set for the mailbox (reset it again).
E-Mail logs in cloudron say: #

Tested this now and it seems to work. Does it work with aliases on the same domain?

Hi @joseph - it works with addresses with the same domaine as the mailbox. all other domain aliases do not work.
edit: same behavior with Roundcube.

Same issue overhere. When I try to send with alias from another domain it fails. Sending alias from same domain work. Issue started since last update.

Sorry for the regression, we are able to reproduce it. I am working on a fix.

Thanks, I have fixed it here - https://git.cloudron.io/platform/box/-/commit/a921528387f0654af55d0018cf77a25f0524d64b . If it's urgent, you can simply apply that one line change to /home/yellowtent/box/src/infra_version.js and then systemctl restart box . It should work after that.

We will try to make a new path release 10.0.4 by tomorrow.

yes, correct. the update will replace the file and it will continue to work after the update.
