Best app for calendar and contacts sync

Which app would you recommend as fastest, most stable and feature-complete calendar and contacts sync (for desktop and mobile)? Options appear to be SOgo, Radicale, Redmine or Nextcloud.
P.S. I'm already using Nextcloud for file sync, but may give Syncthing a shot.
@christiaan SOGo and Nextcloud are both great in Outlook (with addon) and iOS/Android (CalDAV/CardDAV) I use Nextcloud with the nextcloud email app plus Android with DAVx

@christiaan I just use Radicale. It’s a more pure implementation, or at least without all the fluff and other restrictions. SOGo has an odd restriction where each reminder list must a calendar list too. So in other words your reminder and calendar apps are going to show the exact same lists, which doesn’t align with my workflow, so I always saw it as working against me in some way.

What is everyone using nowadays for syncing between web/desktop and iOS calendars? Is Radicale the best option?
Edit: I took NextCloud Cal for a test drive and it's syncing nicely with my iOS Cal app. Reminders and appointments created by Siri show up in NC Cal too.

@humptydumpty I have just started using Radicale with Mac desktop/laptop and iOS. Have not tested with Android yet (but would expect it to work).
I like it. Simple, no fuss, install and forget.
I also use Radicale together with native clients on android and linux. It works solidly without fuss.
I have been using SOGo, and I love it.
I have it set up with mobile (iOS) and desktop (thunderbird) apps, and I use an email forwarding system as well that is working flawlessly.
I set SOGo to be native and default contacts, calendar, and email app and its great
