    Hi folks

Is it possible to setup a shared resource (like a meeting room) using Sogo? I have tried googling but the suggestions all seem to be quite development based (like I have to make manual changes to the database!)

Is this something that SOGO supports or not? Basically, it would just need to be a user that auto-accepts invitations, I guess.

    Many thanks
    Richard

@rlp10 if it's just for meetings, couldn't you setup a Shared Calendar then?

It is supported by SOGo, but it requires a more robust LDAP backend which Cloudron does not have at the moment, iirc.

@rlp10 Do you any links to the docs or mail threads that you mention? I would be interested to know what is required from Cloudron side to support this use case.

@girish iRedMail actually has the good docs that leave more hints - https://docs.iredmail.org/sogo.manage.resources.html but the SOGo Install/configure guide has the details sort of buried: https://sogo.nu/files/docs/SOGoInstallationGuide.html
