Solved Dashboard UI issues in v6

In the middle of 4 columns of apps, at just the right spot it flashes in and out of menu mode (due to the wrong position of the description tag popup (IMO) flip that to the left side and ..

having it on the left side will avoid the next issue which is having that tag popup try to resize the horizontal window scroll on apps at the right edge.

Well spotted, have to see about my css foo if that can be fixed

I managed to fix that. Will likely only be part of the next patch release though.
