In the middle of 4 columns of apps, at just the right spot it flashes in and out of menu mode (due to the wrong position of the description tag popup (IMO) flip that to the left side and ..having it on the left side will avoid the next issue which is having that tag popup try to resize the horizontal window scroll on apps at the right edge.
