SOLVED Images in e-mail signature
klawitterb last edited by girish
is there any way to properly set an image in the server side e-mail signature?
Tried inline image & svg but seems like most e-mail providers don't support this.
@klawitterb I guess you are referring to CID embedding? That is not currently supported by the Cloudron mail server. You have to either base64 encode the image or use external hyperlinked image. For CID embedding, for the moment, you can use something like roundcube signatures but of course this has to be setup for each user/client.

@girish thanks for the info. Any plan on introducing this to cloudron?
Seems like base64 encoded images are not supported everywhere, e.g. gmail. I'd like to avoid setting up individual signatures for my users. I'll probably go with simple text for now.
@klawitterb If you can open a feature request in https://forum.cloudron.io/category/97/feature-requests, we can schedule it accordingly based on the interest. Thanks!
