@chris_doudet it needs to be packaged for Cloudron.
Hopefully between Appsmith developer @mohanarpit & Cloudron @staff they'll make that happen at some point.
But if you want to give it a go yourself, see:

@mohanarpit Welcome here! Looks like I missed your post entirely. I will open a GitHub issue to track the packaging.

I don't have much to contribute, but maybe this will help:

Without a doubt...
+1 on this!

@timconsidine is there anything we can do to help progress this? https://github.com/appsmithorg/appsmith/issues/14331
-
@timconsidine Sorry I misread this previous message. I'm looking for @mohanarpit I think
-
How is this not on cloudron yet? Looks like there is plenty of demand for it.
-
Same, would also love to use Appsmith via my Cloudron!

@Appointee3084 did you upvote the original message ?
-
@timconsidine I did now! Eager to use appsmith via cloudron… Due to the length of this being requested I do fear that this is not in the near future though…
-
@timconsidine We votes but we see other apps added every month with much fewer votes. I feel Cloudron prioritize new apps using other criteria than community votes, which is sad and remove the purpose of voting...
-
@igaudette It could be other factors, like the complexity of the app to package and maintain. Votes is just one indicator.
From what I can see, there's also a lot of testing time that goes into packaging apps, and many hit blockers that need upstream issues solved before progress can continue.
To make what should be simple and reliable for the Cloudron app user, a lot of quality control work needs to be done by the Cloudron app packager.

@marcusquinn Yes I understand... but AppSmith have everything that Cloudron requires so why 3 years later this is still not integrated?
AppSmith or Budibase are an excellent complementary of N8N... They added the backend but they haven't added any Frontend/UI builder to complement with N8N. This doesn't make much sense to me.
@eddowding Yes I would pay an extra to have more apps. I understand some apps requires more work so why not adding a "premium apps" add-on. I would definitely pay the extra. I have no problem paying their times... Cloudron is amazing and I don't want to use anything else, but now I'm at a stage where I'm blocked because some important apps are not available on Cloudron.
