What does paid version really include

Hello I see pixelfed with too many bugs does a paid version of cloudron help in anyway to fix them ASAP ? or a somewhat bug free version ?
Notice that you have posted this in the wrong thread.
But, really, I'm not sure you understand how this thing works, you know the FOSS community, nor the software industry at large apparently. How can you imagine that developers would shell out a "bug free version" of a software for those who 'pay' and a "with too many bugs" version for the free users?
Take care!

@onlybro Was there something specifically you had questions on about the "paid tier" and what it includes? The only real notes on it are on the Pricing page, so if you're looking for something different you may need to expand a bit on what you're hoping to learn.
But to try and answer your first question around "does a paid version of cloudron help in anyway to fix them ASAP"... the answer I believe is "no". What you pay Cloudron for is the ability to host unlimited apps, and for support of Cloudron itself.
While they always do a great job at going above and beyond for supporting their users, our (users) expectations of them for support can really only exist within the Cloudron software itself and the parts they control, not any of the third-party apps that are packaged (unless of course you found an issue in the way it's been packaged which would fall inside of support at that point).
Bugs in the actual apps like Pixelfed aren't really in the scope of Support for Cloudron and would be between you and Pixelfed to resolve in most cases. The Cloudron team isn't responsible for the third-party apps and their functionality beyond packaging up the app code for running on Cloudron. If there's an issue in Pixelfed's code, it has to be fixed by Pixelfed team, not the Cloudron team.
Hope that helps a little bit.

@onlybro Pixelfed is considered early-release beta by the dev that made it. (Pixelfed is a standalone PHP script NOT made by Cloudron, only packaged for Cloudron by Cloudron). Mastodon is much more stable if you are looking to get into the fediverse. At least for now anyway
