Vultr DNS

I just realized Vultr DNS is not included in the Cloudron list of API integrations, and given that DigitalOcean is included and Vultr is basically a DigitalOcean equivalent, it may be worthwhile to add Vultr too.
Like the others, they also have an API to use for it: https://www.vultr.com/docs/introduction-to-vultr-dns#Manage_DNS_via_API
