I am looking for extended support for managing cloudron for a real estate brokerage. Using it together with nextcloud to mange the companies employees and agents etc. Is there any company that you can recommend? We have about 800 agents and a staff of 20.

Is this specifically for nextcloud? They do have a bunch of local/regional partners - https://nextcloud.com/partners/ . For Cloudron support itself, I guess there might be some on the forum who can provide extended support (if not us). The best we have is the Business plan (https://www.cloudron.io/pricing.html) but of course our support is entirely Cloudron specific and we do not cover general IT support and development.

Yeah the business account is great, their arent any companies in the US that partner with Nextcloud except ionos, which is such a bad service provider (i've tried them twice) that its hard to call them anything but a hosting provider.
I guess I'm just not confident enough in my skills to use them for mission critical services at the company and would feel more comfortable having someone availble to fix problems when they arise.

Hello Derin, I might very well be able to help you for your needs. Btw, I partner/venture with Cloudron folks for a side project using Cloudron technology which is secret for now. Anyway, I've good reasons to believe I can help you find what you need if you contact me in private to let me know a bit more details about the problems you are facing using Cloudron with Nextcloud.
