    They are a standard Cloudron user but used the incorrect port for connecting and so eventually they received this error message and cannot even attempt to try again to login successfuly. What can I do to re-enable their capabilities?

      @jordanurbs normal users don't have SFTP access. You have to allow them explicity - Services -> SFTP -> Disable the checkbox for non-admin access.
