      Hello
Where on a Cloudron installation are existing templates that come with the package stored? I can't find them wtih the apps folder. I've seen posts around adding new custom templates to the invoices folder, I would like to take an existing one and tweak only very slightly and load it in as custom

      Thanks!

      Richard

Take a look at the documentation.

I would suggest something like /app/data/templates/invoices/. Make sure the path exists and is owned by www-data user.

@subven Thanks for the hint, I guess we can auto-set a default location in the package for this.

@girish you could but I think its something you can configure for your own needs if necessary.

@rstpeng to answer the original request: invoice templates can be found here.

@subven Fair enough. If other people stumble on this, maybe we can make a default directory for templates.

I looks like I stumbled upon it as well. Would it be possible to make a default directory for (in my case export) templates?

@marylou you just have to add

                  kimai:
                      invoice:
                          # add a new search location
                          documents:
                              - '/app/data/my_invoices/'

Create my_invoices in the File manager.

                    Thanks, @joseph.
Could you please check my reply here: https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/12943/add-custom-export-templates-where-to-create-the-folder-export-and-how-to-modify-export-en-xlf/2

I don't want to add invoice templates but export templates. They need to be in a different folder. I can't get Kimai to show them.
