I'm in the process of migrating my SOGo instance to a new Cloudron server and am trying to manually export, then import contacts and calendar. Contacts appears initially to work but on inspection, the imported set is missing a lot of phone numbers, email addresses, and other fields within the contact entries. Has anyone experienced this before? Any idea how best to address it?

One idea would be linking both instances with a desktop Contacts syncing app and manually drag the entries over. It seems like a lot of legwork to handle what surprisingly seems like a broken export or import feature of SOGo.

@adrw I believe there's a limitation due to the Exchange component of Sogo where the contacts are only allowed upwards of 2 (?) phone numbers and email addresses each. So if you had 6 email addresses on a record for example, it'll only keep 2. I was trying to just find the reference for it but can't seem to find it for some reason, so maybe it's changed. Thought this may be relevant here though still.

@d19dotca Oh wow, that sounds like exactly the symptom I was seeing of truncated contacts for ones with many phone / email addresses. Thanks for chiming in, I had no idea that was an Exchange ActiveSync limitation.
