Easier Onboarding setup

Hello all!

How do you handle your onboarding process?
I am seeking a solution where a user can go through an account creation process and their "application" is sent to me to approve or deny them access.

Workflow desired

1. Go to a form
2. Fill out form with specific information (Demographics, notificaitons, etcetra)
3. Submit the form
4. Confirmation email sent to the user and a notification and approval request email is sent to me
5. Upon approval or denial, the user gets an email from me and their information is listed in cloudron as either approved, claimed, or denied with some text block with reasoning
6. User then clicks on create password link and can now access cloudron
