      The Stackoverflow 2022 developer survey has been published. There is a section on Cloud Platforms. Cloudron wasn't mentioned. It might be a good idea to have Cloudron included as an option somewhere in the survey for next year.

        The survey is about IaaS and this is why software solutions like Cloudron are not mentioned. They could count under "managed hosting" however because this is what Cloudron essentially does.

          Well, no even that, really, because Cloudon don't host any data for anyone other themselves.

          I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

            @jdaviescoates they can offer "managed Cloudron" instances if they consider to partner with a hosting provider. An interesting thought ^^

              @subven
              That is already available, for example, MooCloud is an Official Cloudron Partner, and we offer Managed Cloudron.

                @MooCloud_Matt yeah I think a few people do it.

                Me and @thetomester13 were working on doing it too. That's stalled at the mo but I'm still intending of moving it forward when I've got a bit of capacity to give to it.

                With that in mind a while back I was trying to see if we could get together a little Cloudron hosters/ sellers peer group together, see:

                  @LoudLemur I'm surprised Vultr isn't on there. I'm definitely a fan of Vultr's pricing scales (they have many more instance types to choose from compared to DigitalOcean or Linode) for small businesses / freelance.
