On Sunday night, Cloudron tried to update and failed.
Now I have lost access to my Mastodon and my PeerTube. The two things I can see are that "MongoDB" and "Postgresql" will not start.
I have gone to my Digital Ocean control panel and tried to restart the whole thing a few times but makes no change. Anyone got any advice short of deleting it and restarting it all over again?

@bcdodgeme do you see anything relevant in the logs, most lost are found in /home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/

Also check if the corresponding docker containers are up and running (they should be easily identifiable via their name)

Can you please verify that you have enough disk space left?

@nebulon The logs don't show anything special. And docker is running fine.

@subven I am not sure; it looks like I do. but just to be safe, I went to uninstall PeerTube (that would be the largest thing installed) and got the error "getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN api.cloudron.io"

@bcdodgeme So, that's to do without the unbound service not being up. Can you try this - https://docs.cloudron.io/troubleshooting/#unbound ?

That worked! Thank you. This is the second time the "unbound" went down. Last time I could manually restart it, but this time I had to go do it in the code line. Is this a normal thing?

@bcdodgeme this usually only happens when the server runs out of disk space.
