What do you use for a shared inbox
-
We use Freescout with some payed modules. It's awesome and I never want to miss all the automation, tagging and structuring features it brings.
-
I've got an install of Freescout set-up but not really started using it.
One thing I do already do for shared access to a single email account is just to use built-in the Cloudron feature of being able to assign ownership of mailboxes to groups
So, e.g. I've got it set-up so that all the people in my better-media group can access the contact@bettermedia.uk email address.

I am looking for a solution to create a shared inbox that several people will utilize.
It needs to have/provide IMAP.
Anyone have any suggestions?
@privsec Even if is not open source, try Missive: https://missiveapp.com/.

Id rather not pay more for an application that Id hope would be accomplished within cloudron

@privsec depends on your use case?
In general:
- Followers
- Global Mailbox
- Inbox
- Saved Replies (!)
- Tags (!)
- Workflows (!)
We also use:
- Ticket Number
- Sent Folder
- Mobile Notifications
- End-User Portal
- Customization & Rebranding
