@Customlegends it sounds like you hit two problems, dns propagation and closed ports. In your router, assign a fixed ip to your Cloudron server and then open the needed ports for that ip. If you have ipv6, do the same for it too in the router and then hop to your cloudron dashboard and go to network and enable ipv6 checkbox. It seems daunting when things fail but that’s all there is to it. As for dns propagation, patience young grasshopper..

@Customlegends no need to spam, it is the weekend and you're on a public forum. You could start by going over your setup again and tell us at which part it failed or if your setup is even supported (if you installed the desktop bits on your Ubuntu Server, you might already have made it incompatible with Cloudron).
Did you install it with your public IP or over LAN? Where are the A records of your domain pointing to? Doublecheck your settings and collect the vital data so it can be analyzed and discussed, I doubt anyone would jump on Discord to give support.

i dont understand why you guys wont help i ran in too many problem i made it to ofter again i try it over the 10th time now from beginning and it dont work i need help over discord and a call a guy that sits together with me and goes every step from the beginning to the end in a call not comments i dont understand what you speak of a call where you explain me step for step what you mean

@Customlegends if you are in the initial dashboard DNS setup step, then try to first delete the my.yourdomain.com A record with your nameserver provider. Otherwise, please give more information where exactly you are stuck.

So finally i got it manages somehow to enter my linux server over ssh and then my SSD died.
Can i make this cloudron thing new without to buy a Domäne again ? Ibought now 2 domänes i do not want to buy alsways a new Domäne

i get this error now A record with the same settings already exists. statusCode: 400 code:81058
The first time i made my a new domäne now the second time i will not pay 10 euro again for a new domäne why i cant use my existing one ? ?
i already made 2 domänes and the second time my ssd died now i bought my a new ssd installed cloudron again and i want to use my domäne from the last time but i always get this erorr.
I deletet the old server in my account

in your Domain typing.And sorry I must agree a bit with @scooke either you are trolling or you truly have no clue what you are doing.
From the start working with Ubuntu 18 instead of 22.04 as the docs advises: https://docs.cloudron.io/installation/
Also the fact that you are using Ubuntu 18.04 with desktop ui which is not supported at all.
Lets try something.
- Name your Domains which you bought, with the provider details
- Show screenshots of the configured DNS Records of said domains
- Show screenshots of the configured DynDNS options of your Fritz.Box
- Show screenshots of the port forwarding of your Fritz.Box
- SSD died? I thought you are using a VM?
- Provide a full step by step breakdown of what you do, STEP BY STEP
You can write in German if that is easier for you.
