      Hi All--

Noticed my Cloudron was non-responsive. Rebooted server. Most apps are stuck on "Restarting." Restarted the server. Didn't help. All services appear to be running properly. Clicking on the gear icon for an app shows "Restarting - Waiting for Cloudron to initialize" at the top of the page. Found a solution, but it appears old and no longer accurate:

      Any ideas?

      Thanks!

@girish Yea, I can access it. What should I be looking for, exactly?

@Ropyro run a tail -f /home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log and then in another session do systemctl restart box , you will see that it's getting stuck somewhere (probably in updating some database).

@girish Gotcha -- thanks. It appeared to be having trouble connecting to MySQL:

box:services Attempt 1 failed. Will retry: Network error waiting for mysql: connect ECONNREFUSED 172.xx.xx.xx:3000

                Also had a few:

(stderr): Error: No such container: postgresql

No Idea why. I haven't changed anything on the server in a while. Restarting box seems to have fixed it, however I don't know why 🙂 What does restarting box do that rebooting the server not?

Thanks so much for your help!

@Ropyro the errors you have seen there should have only been temporary while those containers were upgraded during the Cloudron update. A box restart would essentially again ensure the service containers are up, so I guess it was just a matter of time for them to be up again.

@nebulon Gotcha -- so it would have cleared up eventually, anyway. Well, thanks again. I really appreciate your support!
