Never seen this, can you check the server side logs for that timeframe if there is more detail about the error?

There is no log for the error. Please see the screenshot attached.

Please check the logfile at /home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log or view it via the button top-right in the system info view.

I feel this might be coming from your DNS provider. Which DNS provider are you using (i.e in the Domains view)?

            GET /api/v1/domains/apes.org.uk/dns_check?subdomain=stream4 424 Failed Dependency 429 {"success":false,"errors":[{"code":971,"message":"Please wait and consider throttling your request speed"}],"messages":[],"result":null} 32.392 ms - 206

Seems like it is, "DNS check". It is hosted on Cloudflare and I have Cloudflare API setup for the associated domain.

I set up 2 apps months ago and did not have this issue then. When I check Cloudflare everything is working on that end.

Are you using Cloudflare API tokens in any other product/service? If not, can you reach to Cloudflare support or check in Cloudflare dashboard what is the API limit you are hitting? Maybe they have some API access logs?

I found some similar things on their forum - https://community.cloudflare.com/t/please-wait-and-consider-throttling-your-request-speed/491687 and https://community.cloudflare.com/t/api-requests-rate-limited-at-2-minute/402273/3 but no real response

This might help, but I am not very good with API.

For the moment we have just changed it to Manual DNS until we can get it sorted as their community is terrible for support.
