The problem is that I'm not sure of the api domain, from memory I left by default https://minio-api.my-minio-domain.com but I'm not sure anymore.

Is there a place on the server where I can find the API link?

I will reinstall the correct version of cloudron at home tonight! And I didn't know that we can install an old version with this command.

I will make a return here in this topic when it is done !

    Hi,

I have a backup of a cloudron installation on a Minio server, but when I try to restore it I get an error because in the meantime a new version was released.

Thanks for your answer @nebulon always there to help us, thank you so much :))

I haven't reinstalled any other app for several weeks now and I'm using Bitwarden and Nextcloud exclusively, yet the size of the Docker storage in the topic image doesn't move. I can't believe it's only Nextcloud and Bitwarden images, it seems way too big!

Can you point me to the path to the folder Docker images please ?

  • How to delete unused docker images ?

    Hi community,

I noticed that every time we install and delete an application, the docker image is not deleted on the server hard drive. This poses a problem in the size of the backup I do daily, I use Scaleway S3 Object Storage with 75GB free and I don't want to exceed this quota.

Anyone to explain how to delete docker images of uninstalled and unused applications please ?

    Thanks

Hey team, YOU ROCK!!! I don't know if you made any changes, but I rebooted the server and the installation went well. And I can install other applications.

Can you tell me if you made any changes please ?

I think we can confirm that Cloudron works well on Kimsufi servers.

    Thank you so much,

    Hello,

I just subscribed to a dedicated Kimsufi server, but I have the same problem with the same message "Installing - Waiting for Cloudron to initialize" and the applications do not install.

There is also a pop-up with the message "Cloudron Error - Response timeout".

The ubuntu server image used does not appear to be modified, it is called "Ubuntu server 20.04 Focal Fossa (64 bits)".

Can you help me please ?

    Thanks,

    @nebulon @girish

Thank you very much for your help, I had noticed that the name of the ubuntu image had changed to ubuntu_server_compat_64bits, that's was the name of the image at Scaleway. But I got into trouble with Scaleway customer service and decided to cancel my server with them.

Can you tell me if a server at Kimsufi under ubuntu server works with Cloudron ?

    Hi there,

Provider : dedicated server by Scaleway.
    OS : ubuntu server 20.04

Since 3 or 4 days I have a problem of installation of application, the message "Installing - Waiting for Cloudron to initialize" to install Vaultwarden (and all others app's) remains displayed and the applications do not install any more. I formatted my server to do it properly, Cloudron was working fine but since nothing, I can't install anything.

At first, I had a message like "Failed to install ntp", so I install manually an ntp server then I launch the Cloudron installation script which installs correctly. I have configured the domain correctly, the DNS entries are correct and in Services everything is green (unbound too). When I click on the installation to display the logs, the terminal is empty, there is nothing.

When I click on the red cross to stop the installation, nothing happens. I have a screen where I cannot act anymore.

I am blocked and I don't know how to solve this problem!

    Someone to help me ?

    Thanks
