@scooke after searching yes, i ll stick to Gandi, i do like their "no bullshit" values. I considered godaddy and resellerclub.com for a little while but not worth it for the moment.

Since i use a lot ghost who want the open web -> https://activitypub.ghost.org/, I don't consider Cloudflare, because i don't want to centralise internet.

So i found the error, it is because Hetzner close the port 25 by default on new dedicater server, so you just have to ask them to open it.

I see you've found a solution, but you don't just add here, you need to change in other places too. I will add all the possible settings of what you need to set, so that other people know how to set it. Sorry that it took a long time. But my private life has been pounding me 🙂
