@Ropyro Was able to get it working by setting up Emby Connect. Feeling a bit like that's a workaround and not a real solution, but I'll take it.

Can't Connect via LAN
Howdy --
I've set up Emby and everything is working fine except that while I can access the server from an external IP, I can't connect to it within the LAN. I've tried connecting to the server's IP/port number through a browser and through the FireTV app. The FireTV app isn't finding the server automatically and it doesn't like the IP/port numbers I'm giving it manually. Same is true via browser, however the browser works when using the domain name because I modified the hosts file to make that work.
Any idea what I'm missing?
Thanks, in advance.

RE: Let's Encrypt Didn't seem to auto-renew
@Ropyro OK, was able to find a browser that didn't completely block me from accessing my Cloudron and was able to log in and manually renew certs. All is good now. Thanks again.

Let's Encrypt Didn't seem to auto-renew
Hi Everyone ---
I received an automated email on Jan 6 telling me to renew my Let's Encrypt certificate. I ignored it because it has always auto-renewed. It didn't. And, on the 13th, I found myself unable to connect to Cloudron/Apps. I don't know what to do from here. Any idea why it didn't auto-renew and what I can do to move forward?
Thanks very much!

Subscription upgrade issue
Hi There, I've had a paid Cloudron for a while and about a month or so ago I set up another free one. Today, I decided to upgrade to Premium. I did so but it's still showing as free. I'm guessing it's because I screwed up and installed the Cloudron using a different email than I use to manage subscriptions. What can be done to apply to paid subscription to the new installation?

RE: OnlyOffice Licensing
@BrutalBirdie Ha - that's exactly what I came up with. Fixed on my end, too. I have no idea how it reset but just happy it's working now. Thanks for your help!

RE: OnlyOffice Licensing
@BrutalBirdie So, I don't know why but I installed the Enterprise edition. Must not have realized there is a community edition. I'll switch to that.

RE: OnlyOffice Licensing
@BrutalBirdie Weird. Think a recent update broke things?

RE: OnlyOffice Licensing
@BrutalBirdie Hey! I just to the one available on the default Cloudron installation available on my VPS. It's saying it's Enterprise 7.0. Is that unusual for Enterprise to be the default installation? Wondering if that's the problem.

RE: Multiple account privacy
@BrutalBirdie Ha -- it didn't. I figured out after I set it up I still had access to his files

OnlyOffice Licensing
Hey everyone,
Yesterday, OnlyOffice became unusable for me because it's telling me that my license has expired. I've had it installed for a month or two. Was a trialing the software and didn't know it? I'm only using it for personal purposes. I've attached a (crappy) image showing the message. Any idea what needs to be done here. Not finding anything online.
Thanks!

RE: Multiple account privacy
Thanks for everyone for their input on this. I love the community here. It's really surprising to me that this functionality isn't clear/straightforward. I've moved forward with a straightforward solution. I just installed another instance of Nextcloud for my friend. A little clunky but it works. It's just my personal Cloudron server anyway.

RE: Multiple account privacy
@BrutalBirdie Man, what a mess! I didn't have time to look into it today as deeply as you did. Can't thank you enough!

RE: Multiple account privacy
@BrutalBirdie Ha! I'm bouncing back and forth between this and another project right now. I appreciate all your help. Gives me a direction to play around with. Beer forthcoming

RE: Multiple account privacy
@BrutalBirdie I mean, I see an option to enable "server-side" encryption on the admin/security page but I assume that's different than what you're doing?
-
RE: Multiple account privacy
@BrutalBirdie Man, thanks for doing the leg-work here. I'll be buying you a beer

RE: Multiple account privacy
@BrutalBirdie It's gotta be possible. Right? I mean, I've used paid versions of Nextcloud in the past. I have to assume they didn't have access to my files. I hope, anyway.

Multiple account privacy
Hi There --
I want to offer my friend an account in my Nextcloud instance but want to assure him that I can't look at his files. From what I'm reading on the old internet it looks like I'd have access to his files through my admin account. Is this true? If so, is there a way to configure it so his files are absolutely private?

RE: 2FA not allowing Online Account connection in Linux
@girish I mean that there's an easy way to connect to common services (Google services, Dropbox, nextcloud, etc through the gui. From my experience, it's referred to as Online Accounts. I first encountered it in Ubuntu, then Mint, then Pop!_OS. It's a davs connection to Nextcloud.

2FA not allowing Online Account connection in Linux
Hey folks, I set up 2FA via Nexloud app notification on Android yesterday. Works great except my online account connection to my VPS instance from Linux (pop!_os -- essentially, Ubuntu) won't connect now. Any idea how to fix this?

RE: LAN Question
@nebulon Hi!
Yea, everything is working great when hitting the server from outside my network. Your hosts file suggestion is a good one and is something I've done before. I'll dig into that. I seem to remember coming across a bit more of a graceful solution that handles internal/external requests. Thanks for jogging my memory!

LAN Question
Hey Everyone,
I have what is likely a simple question, but I'm stumped so here goes:
I've set up Cloudron on a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. Everything is working well when accessing from outside my LAN but within the LAN, I can't get it to work correctly. I can't find any setting in my router for NAT Loopback and I'm fine just using the local IP anyway.
When I use the IP of my server through a browser, the browser redirects to:
https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/#/apps
So, clearly it's hitting Cloudron but it loads a blank page. Viewing the source of the page, I see it's called notification.html but I don't know what it's trying to notify me about so I'm not sure what to try to fix.
I've set a couple of Cloudron servers up before and typically the internal networking works easily and I have to tinker to get the DNS to work. This appears to be the opposite and now I'm a bit stuck.
Any insight is appreciated!
