    Strange the URL clearly has the file/api path totally wrong: /api/v1/apps/7826f9be-c608-4e53-af12-181aa87f33e2/files/config/config.phpfiles/app-7826f9be-c608-4e53-af12-181aa87f33e2/config%2Fconfig.php

    Not sure where this is coming from to be honest. All in all it appears there are a bunch of probably unrelated issue actually.

    So for nextcloud, you can confirm that using the app itself and downloading/uploading files works just fine, only the file rescanning via occ fails? This may or may not be related to sshfs potentially being slow. Not too sure how to debug if ther are no system errors (journalctl --system or dmesg). Debugging Nextcloud's php code is a bit out of scope for us.

    The Cloudron filemanager issue should be fixed though if this is a real problem. Do you have other apps which reside in that sshfs mount point and does the filemanger work there?

    As I opened this post, I already indicated that I had opened an issue on GitHub, the one mentioned in the previous comment.

    Now, whoever applied the fix, which is hoped to be released in the next release, encountered this problem:

    "for us #45093 did fix the auto logout error but Nextcloud Office / Collabora Code could not access the files any more, so we had to choose what’s more important, NC Office or a reliable Talk App.

    A general question: Does the Maintenance and Release Schedule, in this case for 28.0.6 (2024-05-23) and 29.0.1 (2024-05-23), also apply to critical issues like that or are hotfixes rolled out via the Updater earlier?".

    I don’t know if this can also cause problems with OnlyOffice. I believe that must be very careful when performing the update, at least try the operation of the main applications.

    @bvxzee you can't install HPB on Cloudron itself. You have to set it up on a separate server and then you can configure nextcloud to use that HPB. It's very complex to set it up - https://najigram.com/2024/01/setup-signaling-server-high-performance-backend-for-nextcloud-talk/ . If you succeed, let us know!

    Thank you! The user was enabled already.

    After checking, this turned out to be a browser issue in Vivaldi after update. However, clearing cookies and cache didn't help.

    So, I can log in, but I am not sure why Vivaldi doesn't work here.

    PS: In my opinion, it would be worth highlighting this point on the installation screen of the application, as it is a fairly definitive choice.

    Does this mean the files are saved encrypted on disk? Where are the keys for the encryption saved (I guess in each client?) How does search work?

    @necrevistonnezr I am just curious how you would go about attaching a static webpage to Nextcloud. Do you think there is a way to have the Nextcloud display one as a landing page instead of the login page?

    The current package should setup LDAP correctly by default to use groups from Cloudron within nextcloud. This thread is a bit outdated.

    Out of interest (because it came up again here did you ever get around to investigating this?

    And re "uid based installations" - is that some legacy thing? i.e. are there non-"uid based installations" - and were you referring to installations of Nextcloud or installations of Cloudron? 🙂

    I'm thinking/ hoping that perhaps you meant uid installations of Nextcloud and that was a legacy thing and now they aren't like that and perhaps Nextcloud is portable from one Cloudron server to another? But I'm not at all clear 🙂

    @nebulon thank you for this! I had this same issue for months and your fix seems to work. Something must have changed with NC28 as other (non cloudron) users have experienced and reported this in NC github. In fact I hadn't even thought of reporting it here as I thought it was not cloudron related. I wonders if what you did to the NC cloudron package could be helpful to others...?

    Upgrading to 9.1.2 has fixed it for me (although it sounds like that hasn't worked for some others - I'd guess possibly people who'd fiddled around more than I trying to get it to work again before 🤷 )

    Edit: also, on my other instance of Nextcloud where I hadn't updated it is now possible to update directly to 9.1.2
