By encouraging people to use Free Software, like LibreOffice, for their document creation, they will benefit from being able to export their final draft as a PDF with an embeded .odf for easy data extraction. It can also archive according to ISO / archiving standards, where needed.

Unfortunately I very much doubt Oracle would allow its free products to be integrated into another commercial product without a very one-sided data-sharing agreement. Much of Oracle's profits come from it's data-brokerage and ad tech businesses.

LAMP does not have PostgreSQL, no.

Just have to replace the mysql addon with postgresql in the manifest - https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/lamp-app/-/blob/master/CloudronManifest.json#L16
