            I cant see that ANY German / and or European authority can justify to buy Microsoft products anymore. Microsoft has told authorities, ministries, etc. that their M365 instances are "sovereign" and that something like this CANNOT happen. And now it did.
            Since authorities are still bound by the "No Spy" Directive of the Federal Ministry of the Interior (https://vergabeblog.de/2016-05-17/der-no-spy-erlass-und-die-folgen-fuer-die-beschaffung-zum-vortrag-im-rahmen-des-1-vergabetags-2016-vom-28-april-2016/), Microsoft *should have a major problem.
            But since we're in crazy times, probably nothing will happen.
