elastic email SMTP Email send but not received on client

I am using elastic email SMTP inside cloudron email setup (outbound)
When I send test email from cloudron email setting, it sends well.
But No email is being received from applications. (like invitation/registration)

Do you see those emails in the mail eventlog? Also which apps are you referring to?
