    The only affordable alternative I can see for now is not open source but pretty good, you can get 3T encrypted with S3 compatible object storage API, desktop sync app and more, for E15.00 per month @ mega.nz if that can help 😉

      I haven't completely investigated yet only a quick overview though apparently garage could be a quite interesting alternative that could be explored, what's interesting is it integrates with NexCloud, Peertube, Mastodon and Matrix and more stuff, let's check it out.

                It seems no more binaries . "MinIO community edition is now distributed as source code only. Pre-compiled binaries are no longer provided for new releases"
