I have the same problem. Previous import backups worked, pre 9.0.11. I'm also using the same exact backup paths.

hmm so i can reinstall right now and use the backup 9.0.11 on 9.0.12. and it should work? or just retry what i have above

ok i got it... some how i got upgraded and it broke my whole system
