    I can't reproduce this problem either. Most likely this is an IAM set up issue but if not @cloudron_jf please contact us on support@

      I'd guess this was due to Cloudron's small default part size. I think Scaleway has a limit of 1000 parts per bucket.

      @cloudron_jf try increasing part size.

      I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

        Did you ensure that the IAM policy attached to your api token in scaleway has access to your object storage?
        See: https://www.scaleway.com/en/docs/iam/api-cli/using-api-key-object-storage/

        @james Yes, I have a policy set up with storage "ObjectStorageFullAccess" permission. This policy is set up against the API key for the bucket.

                I think I remember when I was using them I had to create a new bucket for it to start working again.

                  @robi Thanks - I already tried that, too. I'm at a loss why it won't run

                    @cloudron_jf this is going to sound silly but I have had issues with Scaleway relating to time of day.
                    Backups fail at “busy times” but go through at quiet times.
                    I hesitated to raise this but as your other steps haven’t produced a solution, I thought maybe now I should throw it in the mix.
                    My primary backups are to Hetzner but I still use Scaleway backups for some things.

                      @cloudron_jf sorry, see if an agent can figure it out from scratch and remove any assumptions?
