It probably needs higher required memory than 256 MB as it ran out of memory with one user and one link created.

So-far, so good. Have posted a request to https://shortmenu.com/ to add support for this too, since they already have documentation for Yourls.

thanks for the links. Looking at the documentation, it seems like kutt.it is unfortunately not supported by the current version of Short Menu.
