      One user, let's call them user X, is not added to Nextcloud.
      User X is added to all other apps and can log in with their Cloudron/LDAP user/pass. They are in the appropriate groups to be added to Nextcloud and I have added them as a specific user to Nextcloud in the Cloudron interface.

      They report an error: "- error, user disabled" when trying to log in to Nextcloud.

      Is it possible user X deleted their Nextcloud login? Would they not be re-provisioned by Cloudron LDAP in that case?

      In my testing, if I add a new user to my Cloudron instance, user Y then they are added to the Nextcloud user list.

      What's happened here and how can I provide more useful info? Where should I look for logs etc?

        @sam_uk Have they signed into cloudron before? (Usually they need to click a link to activate their account in an email of some sort or manually activated by an admin)

          @murgero Yes they are active on 3 other apps I have installed on the Cloudron.

          If I delete user X from Cloudron and re-add them does it automatically link the old data to the new account based on the email address being the same?

            @sam_uk Ah I spotted them in nextcloud.mydomain.com/settings/users/disabled

            That should fix it, not sure how they ended up there though.
