Hi All,
Now that we have a bunch of translations, would be good to notify the translators when we make a new release.I created a @translator group on this forum. You should get a badge on this forum as well
I tried my best to guess here, but haven't managed to map all the ids from weblate to this forum ids. I will update this list as I get in touch with them.
Language Translator Chinese (simplified) @fengchang Danish @jayonrails Dutch @imc67 French @Benoit German @luckow Italian @p44 Japanese @hiyukoim Polish @BartoszKaszewczuk Russian @WiseMetalhead Sinhala Spanish @mdreira -

I am very impressed with the effort you translators have put in, this is a lot of work and we haven't heard a single complaint about the translated strings so far! Thank you all a lot!
....and I am sorry that we keep on changing strings in the dashboard for new releases
-
I will also add this to the docs, but just to mention it here, some strings have now a
deprecated
label. Those are still in weblate but are not used anymore in newer versions. So those don't have to be translated anymore. After some time, we will purge them from weblate. To give an example how this looks like: https://translate.cloudron.io/translate/cloudron/dashboard/en/?q=users.passwordResetDialog.newLinkAction

I was actually trying the use of the French version on one instance and I can confirm that until now the French translation is very good, I mean, excellent.
Then I was thinking about all the DOCS which isn't done yet, so I wanted to offer my contribution to help translate the DOCS in French language as well, because this is a market I will also target. This part is much more elaborated, but as anything else it will be done one day at the time.
Count on me, let me know.
Andy

Thank you all!

@girish Thank you for giving me this opportunity. Cloudron is a wonderful product and deserves more publicity in the Russian community!

@girish Thanks for heads up about this community. I'm happy to help.

Hi;
I did a request to help @Benoit with the French translation
as he did a great job, I found a mistake while I was installing nextcloudThe message saying the memory is low as been translated by the storage space is low which is 2 differents problems
As we could see in my screenshot I still have 53G free drive space but only 287Mi of memory the message should be:
La capacitΓ© mΓ©moire de ce Cloudron est presque atteinte.

@jodumont if you would like to also have rights to modify the French translation and if @Benoit is ok with this, being the main translator here, I could add you in weblate. Otherwise maybe @Benoit could verify that and change it directly.

Have you set the weblate for the docs yet, or another process will we used for this?

@micmc ah I was referring to the deprecation label description in the docs. Not the actual documentation as a whole. I think this might be too much for the moment to start translation that. Also we have no infrastructure currently to support multiple languages there.

I see, yeah.
I guess I could fork the docs and start translating from my side then?
