In cloudron, my user is assigned several mailboxes.
Using Rainloop, I can easily add these mailboxes without issue
In SOGo I try to add it as an IMAP account, and it doesn't do anything and I also try adding it as an alias/identity and it won't let me save.
I try to login to SOGo using my users password with the alternate email inbox such as support@domain.com and it isn't letting me in says, incorrect username or password.
Any advice?

@privsec the SOGo app, the way we have packaged it via LDAP, does not have a way to access multiple email mailboxes using a single session. You simply have to use multiple sessions. On Firefox atleast, you can use containers for this - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/containers
If you add an alias in Cloudron, then you can add it as an identity in SOGo. That part should work. But a mailbox is not an identity. See https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/sogo/#identities

It's rapidly becoming the best open source webmail client imho,
Nice that there is now a native Nextcloud SnappyMail app too, that's mostly what I use these days
(plus FairEmail on my phone which is by far the best option for Android imho)

It still doesn't support search across folders so it's not really usable for me (also, integration in Nextcloud is still flaky, sometimes it connects, sometimes it tells me it "can't connect to ssl://my.domain.com:993")...

This issue, oddly enough, is that I was using an incorrect password.
I assumed my email password and my dashboard password was the same.
After using my dashboard password, it worked. I can now access mailboxes.
Is there any viable solution for email where I can access multiple email inboxes in one app?

Yeah I miss that too but sounds like once we've got a dovecot all mail folder (coming soon or recently released?) that should be doable:
