    Hello,

I have an issue while the Chatwoot widgets assets are loading, there's always a first request that goes into a timeout, then a second request is made, then the image / file is loaded.

I'm using GTMetrix to test a website hosted on the same cloudron instance as Chatwoot.

If you want to have a look at the GTMetrix waterfall : https://gtmetrix.com/reports/stop-acouphenes.ch/wpxrjnBM/

I've tried to allocate more CPU to the Chatwoot app, but it didn't make any difference. Same if I use Cloudflare to cache the assets.

I have no idea why this is happening, hope you could help.

    Thank you

@jfrere Did you figure this out? Can you tell me some steps to reproduce this, so I can check if this is a package issue?
